As the IT Helpdesk Coordinator, Anthony is responsible for handling incoming helpdesk tickets from ASPPH employees and members. This includes providing hardware/software support or answering general questions.
Anthony joined ASPPH in 2022 and has continuously provided extraordinary customer service to ASPPH employees and its members. Anthony has a BS in Management Information Technology from Delaware State University and also has a MS in Information Technology from University of Maryland Global Campus. To add on to his education Anthony has also obtained IT certifications such as the CompTia A+. Anthony has 3 years of IT and customer service experience from internships and jobs previously held.
