2022 Leadership Retreat

The 2022 Leadership Retreat is July 19-22 at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The Leadership Retreat is open only to deans and primary program representatives from ASPPH-member institutions.
The registration and housing deadline was Friday, June 24.

Registration Info and Fees
Members: Participation is limited to ASPPH-member primary representatives (deans and program directors) only. Substitutions are not allowed for the retreat. Member registration fee is $625.
Guests: Guests are welcome at all meals and events at the retreat which include: reception Tuesday evening, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday, and breakfast on Friday. Guest registration fee is $350. Guests 12 and under are complimentary.
Meeting Cancellations/Refunds: Attendees may cancel their registration up until Friday, July 8, and receive a refund. Cancellations after July will not be eligible for a refund.
Travel
The 2022 Leadership Retreat is at the Condado Vanderbilt in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The group discounted rate is $203 per night plus taxes and fees.
The reservation cut-off date was Friday, June 24 – the discounted group rate will not be available after this date.
Hotel Cancellations: All hotel cancellation requests must be received by the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a fee equal to one night’s room plus taxes and fees.
The Condado Vanderbilt is just 15 minutes from San Juan Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU).
The hotel does not provide shuttle service from SJU but taxis, Ubers and Lyfts are readily available.
